Lis Wiehl works as an American journalist and legal analyst who was formerly the Fox News analyst.
She is an adjunct professor at Law, New York Law School. Prior to that, she was an the associate professor at Law University of Washington Law School. She's been a legal analyst for National Public Radio's program and The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She appeared regularly for The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl graduated from West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She holds a qualification from Barnard College (1983), a Masters of Arts in Literary Studies at the University of Queensland (1985) in addition to a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the US Attorney's office. She also worked as an NPR legal reporter. She was the deputy chief investigating counsel for Democrats from the House Judiciary Committee, during the impeachment of Clinton. She was tenured professor of legal studies at the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 She also directed in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl served as a Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 until 2017.
